Through the eyes of a child
€10.00
In our contemporary society we are in a constant pursuit of happiness, reaching for ever higher mountaintops. In effect, we constantly need to buy new stuff, travel to new places all over the world, hop jobs and partners: all in an attempt to find a moment of happiness or fulfillment. By doing so we burn-out not only ourselves, but also our planet.
This short philosophical essay explores the value of “looking through the eyes of a child”. While often brushed off as something trivial, the author argues that art can play a crucial role in cultivating a flexible approach to the experience of life, allowing us to find happiness in what is instead of what should be.
